There are no refunds on food items that have already been prepared, picked up, or shipped.
All sales are final once production has begun.
Order Cancellations

If canceled within the allowed timeframe, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellations made after production begins are non-refundable.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 1 hours of pickup or delivery with photo evidence.
We will review the matter and determine a resolution, which may include:

Incorrect Information
Berry Edible is not responsible for:

Customer scheduling errors
Please verify all information before checkout. And it is important to communicate with us and schedule a time of pick up at least 24 hours before pickup.
